YARD designed and delivered the creative vision for Growth Awards, the initiative by Eurobank and Grant Thornton dedicated to celebrating excellence in Greek entrepreneurship.

From the conception of the central idea to the full production and artistic direction of the ceremony, YARD developed the complete creative framework of the event. The concept connected entrepreneurship with art and storytelling, shaping an immersive experience centered on the perseverance, vision, and creative courage of the modern Greek entrepreneur.

As part of the ceremony’s artistic program, YARD created an original stage composition featuring distinguished Greek wind musicians and a powerful spoken performance dedicated to the entrepreneur who persists — the one who continues to create, evolve, and move forward despite challenges. The dramaturgy unfolded through contemporary music that reflected the intensity, rhythm, and momentum of entrepreneurial creation.

YARD also conceived and produced the visual storytelling of the ceremony, developing all films presented throughout the event. The visual language drew inspiration from the form and symbolism of the Growth Awards sculpture, translating it into a cinematic narrative about the transformation of an idea into achievement.
