A Virtual ESG Summit for Action by MYTILINEOS
In collaboration with Unlimited Creativity & V+O, YARD spearheaded the design, planning, and execution of the groundbreaking ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) Summit, titled "NET ZERO ACTION: From Challenge to Opportunity for Accelerated and Sustainable Value Creation." Mr. Evangelos Myilineos, Chairman and CEO of MYTILINEOS, inaugurated the event with an insightful online interview with Bloomberg, outlining the company's strategic goals for achieving a neutral carbon footprint by 2050.
Esteemed speakers, representing international businesses and institutions, shared their perspectives on sustainability, addressed crucial climate change issues, and exchanged views on the necessary actions for moving towards a net-zero future.

The minimal set design and televised art direction drew inspiration from the company’s corporate nature and aesthetics, featuring bold and signature materials. The set incorporated minimal furniture with modern details, illuminated using cutting-edge technology. Special emphasis was placed on the ESG element, symbolized by the installation of a real tree with unique lighting direction.
Furthermore, a dedicated LED screen at the back of the set displayed creative visual material representing the event’s key visual identity and featured speakers, providing an immersive experience for both MYTILINEOS’ participants and global viewers through the live-streaming link.
February 18th, 2021 marked a historic milestone for MYTILINEOS as the first Greek company to lead the way towards a greener and more environmentally friendly industry, according to ESG performance indices.
